Terms of Service

These terms cover use of mybuddypetcare.ae and services provided by My Buddy Pet Care L.L.C., Dubai, UAE. By using the site or booking a service you agree to them.

Bookings are made through our booking system or by contacting a branch, and are confirmed only when we confirm them. You must be 18 or over and the owner or authorised carer of the pet. You must give accurate information about your pet, including health, behaviour and vaccinations. We may refuse or end a stay if a pet is unwell, unvaccinated, in heat, or a risk to staff or other animals (see our FAQs).

Prices are shown in AED on the Pricing page. The price that applies is the one confirmed at booking. Any extra charge (for example extra waiting time on a pet taxi) is listed on the Pricing page or agreed with you before it is added.

Contact the branch you booked with, or hello@mybuddypetcare.ae, about cancellations and refunds.

If your pet becomes unwell in our care, we will try to contact you and may take your pet to a veterinarian. Reasonable vet costs are payable by you.

We care for every pet with reasonable skill and care. To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee or that are caused by undisclosed health or behaviour conditions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Photos, logos, text and video on this site belong to My Buddy Pet Care or are used with permission. Do not copy them without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
